MY BROTHER ASKED IF I WOULD LET HIM MOVE IN SO UNTIL HE FINDS A PLACE,OFCOURSE I SAID NO,I HAVE POLICIES THAT I HAVE TO ABIED BY.AND THAT I CANT LET NOBODY LIVE WITH ME.BUT I SAID HE COULD STAY FOR 4 DAYS MAX.ON 3RD DAY I REMINDED HIM THAT HE HAD HAD 1 MORE DAY.HE GOT UPSET AND SAID HE AINT GOING NOWHERE TIL HE FINDS A PLACE AND IF I CALLED THE COPS HE WOULD GO TO PROPERTY MANAGER AND SAY THAT HES BEEN LIVING WITH ME AND PAYING RENT.

Many tenants currently are having problems finding new rentals to move to.2) Crazies may see ad and door knock anyways - upsetting current tenants, causing them to be more difficult during their MoveOut.3) No idea what the property condition is and how long it will take to RentReadyProperty owners always want their properties marketed ASAP, but rarely stop to think through these logical points!
