Many people have read books, or taken a class or signed up for a guru or coach on the benefits of MF investments, and certainly is evidenced by the recent rise of syndications in the MF space in the last few years.

It's a great idea, especially as we might be heading into a recession and people are going to be looking down a level in rent from what they might have otherwise.

One of the most valuable strategies for flipping houses is using OPM (Other People's Money).

Remember this, people book vacations with their eyes.

With that said, a lot of people will be against you investing here because only a small amount of us have actually done it!

As you know, honestly you want to stay comparable in order to keep great people renting your nice home.

With the services they provide I feel that they would be a really great one stop shop but I was hoping that the people here with infinitely more experience than I could weigh in on this.

What I can say is that the people selling in this market are generally ones that want to get out as they are tired.  

Looking to connect and network with like minded people.

That gives you enough margin to work with and make a profit and have the highest # of people looking in that price range since it's closest to the median price point of home here.
