Be extremely conservative on ARV in this market Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I was wondering if anyone could provide a recommendation for a reputable property management company in Northern NJ that handles small multifamily? 

I would strongly recommend creating one to ensure everything is neatly organized and you don't get flagged by accidently writing off personal expenses. 

I recommend spending some time educating yourself on how to analyze properties to prevent you from making the same mistake again.

You will probably get other recommendations from other BP members.
