Taking on and selling a listing or working with a buyer is a lot more time intensive than a lot of people realize, so many things pop up and the very high volume, full service realtors usually put in some crazy hours each week, working 80+ hours a week in especially busy weeks is common and they need to manage their time to the minute, so having to waste not just minutes, but sometimes hours and hours just to undo whatever damage or screwup those stupid zestimates caused this time drives them insane when otherwise they're counting the minutes spent on each task that week!

A police report was not filed because the tenant couldn't identify the person who jumped him.Even if they were not able to identify the individual, for all intensive purposes, a police report still should have been made; I would assume they know who did it.

I can tell you from sitting in a car without air conditioning, that it has been unbearable heat with intense humidity...If I had to endure days without air conditioning in the apartment complex, I would've fled to a hotel as well, especially having children.

I guess it can happen but as real estate goes I think this is by far the hardest thing to put together sustain and be profitable at.. other than a side hustle make some money occasionally if you darn lucky type thing.. folks I know that do this successfully spend probably 100 to 200k Minimum a year in mailers ALONE  and they have teams that door knock that get paid and Very robust back end systems.. etc etc.. this is a capital intensive business to do right..
