I don't know if it carries any true weight with landlords, but if your dog knows basic manners, get him/her CGC certified.

Something like knowing a balcony on the 12th floor wouldn't hold any weight, and renting that unit out anyway, which resulted in a death you could have prevented.  

The closer they are to the 2.5 the more heavily we weight credit. 

BTW these are late 20-early 30 year olds.Landlords also calling to "shuffle" their dead weight on me.

I suggest you not put too much weight on what the rest of the world thinks.

Even though investors might have some of the same reasons on their list the Investor 1 might assign importance and risk factor of A at 50% weight and importance and Investor 2 might give 10% weight and importance to it.I have talked with many thousands of investors over the years and heard just about every theory and proposal with thought process about why they want to make a certain decision.  

If you are looking for a property manager, a good one is worth their weight in gold.
