As you and your friend network with people involved with Memphis real estate I'm sure many of them would absolutely love to take a look at a list of the properties and your asking prices.Aside from that, ask the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis if they have a deals page either in their newsletter (if they have a monthly newsletter) or on their website.I'm a member of the Erie, PA Apartment Association and they have both a monthly newsletter with a 'for sale' page as well as a similar page on their website.
