For anyone in maryland I'm looking up this house I want to wholesale and Deal Machine gives one price and zillow gives another which one is accurate?

So, I think it’s somewhat of a classic issue of getting a deal flow ‘machine’ up and running and matching that with a money flow ‘machine’ to fund them.

I still purchase used and reconditioned appliances from them as their machines are high quality and great prices but I won't use them to manage again.

So you need both a good deal and a post purchase lean machine.

They maintain the machines and pay me a small cut every quarter.  

Current gross rent is $3435 plus $150 per month from coin operated laundry machines for the tenants.

They do make an eReader that does both mobi (Kindle) and ePub (everything else). 

I am thinking about removing both tenants asap and trying to get the smoke smell out but removing all carpet, whipping down down every surface, getting ducts cleaned and running an o-zone machine if needed.

The 8-10k is total for both units and includes 2k for machines, as well as digging into the floor to tap into the main drain line, as the sink drains are only 1.5 inches.
