To-date -- referring to those who entered the field in the last 1.5 years -- I have found quite a few people who had a very hard time making money with wholesaling and heard about one woman who was successful.

A woman recently said on Facebook that she wishes more realtors could find a US assistant instead.I'm going to take another leap and guess that when her post said "sent from a mobile device", that it was an iPhone, Android, or other modern smart phone that was made overseas.

It seems to break down to three schools of thought.The first school of thought believes that tenants will appreciate a mid-priced bottle of wine, or a cute gift basket, or a gift certificate to a nice-enough restaurant.

Another good anecdotal source is the post man/woman.
