If you are just painting and putting up new cabinets then you are in compliance with the RRP rule.

Some of my services are painting, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinets, decks, and more.I am looking for the help I need to expand my business.  

I yanked out a cabinet and then found their access hole for the shower lol.  

So work in the summer I usually do.I always do my own tiling.I never paint anymore - too dull and slow.I still like to do my major renovations: demo, cabinet install, refinishing wood flooring (sometimes)I hire out most plumbing (sometimes), electrical, and drywall work.I can do most carpentry issues - replacing rotted wood, etc.

The only item of significance is an old style stereo cabinet that has a built in record player, speakers, etc. with a record collection (about 20 records).

I am going to look at a home tomorrow that needs kitchen cabinets and appliances. 

Carpet, paint, old cabinets etc., etc.

Still looking for a good landscape guy.Another interesting thing I found recently is that many of local Modesto flips are using very cheap materials, some flip only repaint the kitchen cabinet and replace a countertop, without even changing the floor.

I'm currently in the middle of a rehab and I'm trying to decide what to do for some railings in a split level home.I don't have an actual picture, but they are similar to the following photo:Unlike this picture, the cabinets will come out to the railing on left side.
