I had to say hi because I recently flew out of the Bellingham airport recently, and loved it!

Does anyone have recommendations on a Title Company they do business with in the DFW area (preferably close to airport/Grapevine/HEB area) to run title searches on potential properties?

I attempted to buy 3 adjacent lots outside of St Louis in the Metro East area of Illinois to build modulars and rent them.

From downtown/airport, its still not far b/c you can exit the airport onto 44th st and head north about 5 miles.

Sound investors are not impressed that anyone has $10,000 of elaborate tattoos on their hide, instead of $10,000 invested in business.Planning a routine trip to the airport -- start early, drive a different route through a new residential area every trip, going anywhere, anytime.

Management is easier since they are all adjacent in one location.

LOL outed by Google Maps.My favorite case of this I've seen was a literal plane above the house in the satellite view; Google Maps had outed that house for being under the flight path of a major airport, and it wasn't obvious from a map alone.
