An exception is usually when there is a repair to a wall or when the paint has deteriorated to the point it is no longer protecting the surface below (think paint peeling off exterior woodwork).

How about....Our property manager got a call in the middle of the night from the police followed by a call a few minutes later from the landlord of the property adjoining ours (other side of two story duplex).Apparently, our tenant had taken in a stray... man that is.

Rule #1 - you can't "sanitize" a dirty surface.. pouring bleach or disinfectant/sanitizer (of any kind) on poo doesn't make it sanitary.

I have one and could use some guidance in making it dry. jon, i know quite a bit about leaks and basements and i dont think your question was answered/addressed.here's a list of the things that you can do to dry a basement. not any particular order:- push the downspouts away from the house (effective)- grade the slope away from the house (not very effective)- french drain on the exterior of the house at the surface (lawn/dirt) level pushing the water into emitter (effective)- squirting polyurethane type foam every 8" along the crach.

i have talked them down to $475k. i am hopeful to try and end up at $460k.new roof last year. option to buy 2 acres adjoining for possible additional building ($50k) - thoughts on that?
