Hi I have a sandwich lease option deal in michigan.

I took a walk-through of a 4-plex in my hometown in Michigan a few days ago, and I've started to crunch the numbers based simply on the expenses and income listed on the listing.

I personally have family in midtown, they built an apartment off their house and rent it to wayne state med students, it's 750 sq ft and they're getting $1300/m. I

We have a home property in Benton Harbor, MI that we are being told is in a location that we cannot rent the home.

I am a transplant to the Grand Rapids, MI area.

I do remember for sure that he said if i advertise on my vehicle that I can then claim 100% of expenses instead of only getting a percentage of the expenses.I remember him saying something about a car allowance to now that you mention a W-2.My vehicle is a truck which is obviously needed when rehabbing houses.Also, as a robot programmer ( my company as well) I travel to multiple locations and drive to those places when the job is located in Michigan.

Originally I was marketing for properties in nice areas (Oakland & Macomb County, MI), but since it was my first lead, I was open to check out a property in stagnant city (Pontiac, MI).
