They wash up great, don't lint after the first couple washes and hold up really well.We have towels that are 5 years old still in the rotation and still look and work great.I will say that washing towels to keep them nice takes a slightly different tack.

I have already contacted two other contractors for quotes in order to obtain three total quotes.I understand that some investors like to also make use of lower-cost options, such as neighborhood kids, but as I am running a business, I would like to maintain a process that is repeatable and predictable and that may also adapt to long-term needs, such as landscaping and weed maintenance.

Would not use anything but Pex and in your case would hold off replacing the plumbing for now if there is any possibility of codes changing in the next few years to allow PEX.
