Cooks can walk out if they don’t want the new structure and it will change the quality.

Hello to all, I was trying to acquire or create a list of probates (Estate within) in Cook County in Illinois.

In the course of discussion, the tenant brought up that there are elderly people living in the home and someone who cooks, cleans, does laundry, etc. 

I have a lead on a Cook County tax foreclosure (2 year owner redemption is up in 15 days): how can I as an outside investor, get the actual redemption amount required so I can gauge my offer (or can only the homeowner get this?) 

I'd suggest you list who is to do what as well and what you guys agree to, keeping personal items out of living areas, who cooks who cleans what, etc.
