BiggerPockets forums is a great start, listen to podcasts on away games and gym workouts, join a local REIA in your area, jump on some webinars.  

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

If all the tenants sign consent forms as part of the lease agreement, then any conversations the tenant is in will be fair game to record.

I think I have a pretty good idea as to how to jump into the real estate game.

My opinion:A C corp is definitely more appropriate for an enterprise level company with multiple shareholders, executives, a board of directors, etc...

While that is not always the case, life is a game of probability.

But short term is to just get into the game and start playing.
