I'm going to start my first direct mail campaign shortly and I was looking for some advice.

As the calls start coming in from my first decent marketing campaign (500 postcards), I am struggling to make offers that are a win-win.

Maybe you are at $6000+.You get X leads from that campaign.  

Giving away food to generate sales is much higher return then advertising coupons.

Does it also allow landlords to post listings advertising for tenants?

The researched methods I use to purchase and resell mobile homes are not well known nor are they advertised anywhere on this site.With all that said learn as much as you can about these acts and how to avoid breaking the laws.

Hey @Rachel Stopka I don't know your market but 3 ways that I can think of to find wholesalers is to (1) look out for bandit signs (the "we buy houses" guys) and call them, (2) go on line and "pretend" to be a distressed homeowner to find the "we buy houses" advertisements on line and contact them and (3) go to your local area real estate investing club / association and network through there.It's really difficult to find MLS deals in some markets - you may have to start finding off market stuff (e.g., auctions, etc)..
