Since there is a W/D right outside the unit, I wouldn't completely get rid of a dishwasher to accommodate in-unit.

If we need a zoom I can accommodate.

If instead I walk in and interviewed them for the job of closing my transactions using asumptive closes and the understanding of real estate terms they would probably be much more accommodating.

I think of wholesaling having to do more about the price point you are able to buy and sell the property at and who you are selling it to than about how you sell it (like most other commodities) You are able to buy at this lower price because the sellers have a motivation not to sell on the retail market (need quick close, no showings, etc) and you are able to accommodate this need.

If we were to use a "small group breakout" format we could probably accommodate 25 (5 groups of 5) at the JH1 Homes offices in the Old Rainier Brewery.

This will be useful as well because you are able to see which property managers are most accommodating to give you this information and that will be useful when you are deciding which property management companies to interview.
