Hey Kevin, nice work buying a primary residence on a double lot!

I've been looking at buying my first property in Florida, and would like some advice / suggestions on markets to look out there.

Too many investors get scammed into buying the wrong properties in the wrong Neighborhoods:(That's why we're working to list and rank all of Detroit's 183 Neighborhoods on our website.

I would recommend buying the 4 plex too at your age.

A property manager could be cheaper than selling and going somewhere else but you have to run the numbers on the property you have vs what you might buy.

Being personable, honest, someone that people want to support, but also trustworthy enough to have them part with their money.Remember, real estate syndication and multifamily operations is buying a business.  

All a landlord has to do is buy, hold, do the minimum the city requires to upkeep the property, and let time pass.
