@Zack Karp I've qualified for $75k with Fannie Mae using a $0 IBR, but I was wondering if it's possible to qualify for a higher FHA amount with an amortization schedule?

I wonder if I should reconsider the offer.

Sorry if I post this in the wrong section or if it's been posted about before (I couldn't find much on the topic), but I am wondering how others with rental property keep track of travel expenses related to managing a rental property.

I believe Ray is correct...once they turn the keys over, they have surrendered the property and all it contents.... you can do whatever you want with it.Abandonment laws are for when tenants just disappear and you don't get notified or keys etc..... at that stage you don't know what they are doing....they may show up again and wonder where all their stuff is....in hos cases, you have to store it etc.You spoke and witnessed the move out and got keys.... its back in your possession and you can do whatever you want

If I am already paying about the same amount in rent, wondering if it would be worth buying the property even if it means that it is currently not cashflowing.

Wondering if I get the same results if I hire VAs from other countries.

Either way it has me wondering if there is any truth to that or not.

Like I said I'm more than capable of clearing all of these issues up, just wondering if I push the seller to work with me more does that give a reason for them to try to get out of the contract?

I am reading on some forums where people will fix or do everything themselves and I am wondering how did you gain those experience/skills... especially if you are working full time and doing this on the side?
