I have a few dozen HM deals that span over ten states on hold as lenders decide how to restructure their pricing and leverage offerings in light of this pandemic.

If it does apply to the existing reservations checking in within the next 14 days, it would have been nice to have a little warning that the decree was coming down.

Also, keep lights on with a timer to make it look like there is someone is already living there but make sure you have someone picking up your mail up front or people walking by will know no one is home to receive it. 

I don’t have any personal experience with this but @Jay Hinrichs has warned about this on many occasions.

I have espresso cabinets, I don’t know what the trends are, I’m debating going with a light stain, but I guess if I were to sell the home I want to go with a stain that might bring higher value, or more buyers.

Light on exterior of the house needs to be fixed, that's minor.6) Recommends anti-siphon valves be added to the hoses, hose valve damaged7) Locking mechanism on exterior door is missing and needs to be fixed8) One window has frame missing the bottom section of the frame.

Today I did some maintenance on our own place such as fixing lights in the garage, working on the compressed air system in the shop, installing some tool hanging brackets, repairing extension cords, fixing a rototiller, etc.
