This not an area of investing I consider, but some of the thoughts that come to mind are the big ticket items:1) cost to install septic system;2) cost to install well;3) cost to distribute hydro to the new building; 4) how challenging will it be to get trades to work in the area. #3 & #4 are the two biggies in my mind.

For every can of food you donate you get a ticket, many of the vendors give out tickets as well nd there is a drawing at the end of the night.
