I'm very familiar with Orange and most of Ulster & Sullivan counties, and a little across the river.I have worked in construction most of my life so any type of repair work that needs doing is no problem, however I currently have a full time job in the city so my free time is limited. 

I'm working in Orange Mound, Frayser, and Bethel Grove and the market for selling to a new owner is very slim and to an investor depends on the cost.

Florida, specifically Orange County where Orlando is, is super Owner-friendly and you can fast-track an eviction process and have it done in 6 weeks or less. 

The condensation would drip deep orange, darker than the color of a pumpkin.

Comparing investing in real property with an IRA vs doing the same outside of an IRA is comparing apples and oranges.

I'm originally from the area (orange county) and used to take trips to the "Nevele Resort" in the 90's and although it was very outdated, it had a charm about it and you really couldn't beat the beautiful mountainscape views.  

Some people look great in orange!
