Sometimes she will see an address that she knows is a nursing home.

Have 2 homes (one owner occupied), one investment residential care home (ie rental property with elderly and nursing staff).

My fiancé is going to Nursing school in Los Angeles and I may be transferring down there in the future.

I did this last year, the lady was going through a divorce, was a nurse with good income, etc. 

There may not be any equity by the time medical, nursing home, bail bonds agent etc is done.

I have a job as an ICU registered nurse, and my spouse is also a nurse and our primary residence mortgage is approx 10% of our net monthly income.

I'm a nurse, and as much as I love medicine, I don't looking forward to retiring at 80, lol. 

The house was abandoned and smothered by a just under 60k healthcare lien and extensive litigation from unpaid nursing with the now deceased owner.  

I'm a nurse a firefighter and an EMT I give to my community so much and I run myself ragged for little money but good gratification however what I'm looking to do is turn my life around financially.

Graduate from FAU with a Bachelors in Neuroscience and Behavior currently pursuing a Bachelors in Nursing.
