@Kim R.I will have them do a paper application, and the background check online info is separate.Typically information you need on an application is more extensive then the info required on an online background check, which typically you only need SSN, DOB, name, and 1 or 2 former addresses I think that's all.In my application I would need to know how many vehicles, each vehicle's license plate number, how many pets - breed/weight/markings/age, who is their emergency contact, etc etc etc...and then I incorporate the completed application form as a component of the lease. 

You could retire in 3 years on 150-200k per year...if you understand:1 - Thoroughly what Einstein called the "greatest invention on the 20th century", and how it pertains to REI2 - How to use "Non-lienable debt"3 - How to design a plan based on your financial goals (needs)4 - How to incorporate "duplication on steroids" into your plan5 - How to stick with that plan.6 - How money works

They did just change the structural code to incorporate 3rd units sprinkler and structural upgrades.

However, ordinary building materials to be incorporated into a building are not deemed fixtures.

I do something very similar to @Will Fraser with the Moleskin note book, but with an index in the back, So not nearly as high tech as you, but while still having the ability to find my notes.When I have a large decision to make and I've arrived at the choice, I write out the entire process that lead me to that decision in narrative form.

It's funny how only some race graphs fit the left's victimhood narrative, but not others.ANY person can get a job in this grand economy created by our President and pay off their student, mortgage, credit card, doctor debt. 

It also allows you to post and oversee all of your social media platforms, create forms, incorporate ads and create landing pages. 

The assumption is dumb Californians are overpaying and get roped into false narratives with the bp TK marketers.

In the future, you can incorporate contingency clauses into your purchase agreements to prevent buying something that turns out to be such an unpleasant surprise.
