hello, I am under contract for an apartment building, and I will be using seller financing, and this is my first time doing that.can anyone offer any advice on things to look out for or special provisions to put in the contract or to avoid in a seller finance deal?

I think I am on a path to recovery, ready to check out the market tools to finally pick and market and find some deals!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am not afraid of non recourse loans because I know the deals I do are solid and I am not concerned about failing.

It suggests that the property is now a better deal for buyers, potentially sparking renewed interest and activity.

Totally new world for me knowing there are properties off the market, wholesalers, and people that loan money just for this purpose, different from a bank, I have always thought we were doomed from finding a good deal as everything I found was already on the market...my little knowledge and limited believes got me trapped.

Thoughts on purchasing a multifamily with fuse boxes..9 units, so a decent expense to update and the one thing that could make or break the deal.  

I'm a college student, and I plan to start investing in multifamily homes once I graduate, and I recently started looking at deals on Zillow just so i can practice underwriting.

Ive started getting some momentum making contact and landing deals from our skip data , but one thing that needs to improve is my Buyers List looking to build buyers list in Houston, Tx any investors looking to network in the area or anywhere !
