I am in the area often enough (family stuff, holidays and all).

So, between that and the uncanny ability for my tenants to need immediate repairs on major holidays, I was just done with self-managing.

I am still studying this, so I can't really speak on it yet.I am kicking off my first direct-marketing campaign after the holidays.

There are a few local Property Managers in SD that manage most of the homes when people like me want to rent out one for a week or long holiday weekend. 

No, it's a holiday but we're going first thing in the morning.

Just a reminder to let everyone know that we will not be meeting at the end of December (usually the last Thursday of the month) because of everyone's busy holiday schedule.  

Maybe it will be this weekend, now that the holidays are fading in the rear view mirror.

My husband and I were anxious about having a vacancy during the holidays, and taking those tenants cost us more than if we had waited.And unfortunately, we're now in the same position with a vacant condo in FL.

I was leaning this way until I met with @Mark Updegraff over the recent holiday break. 

I am closing on a SFH in Holiday, FL next week to support some employees rather than hotel them.
