As long as they pay their rent, I would not bawk at the tenancy unless the particular crime merited.I've had tenants hauled off for DUI/leaving the scene of an accident and getting tazed in front of the residence for non-compliance during a traffic stop. 

What a pickle .....ask him nicely what his plan is if he was to move and offer him some help with moving ( u-haul,labor,find a rental the area ,1st months rent maybe )This thing it's going to cost time and money Good luck

I have toyed with the idea of renting out some space for someone's boat or RV. 

We may need to depreciate more things now instead of expensing, but we are in this for the long haul, so in the end I don't think the new regulations will impact us that much.

Learning to use a DSLR for rental photos is way overboard unless you like playing with and learning to use electronic toys.
