On the flip side there is a long list of business owners, entertainment moguls and executives who are wildly successful in their career and have a broken personal life.

Most the neighborhoods these companies operate in have wild swings in property value depending on if they have been renovated or not.  

Overall, the market is wild but with development restrictions the way they are, especially when it comes to SFHs, I have a hard time seeing any major departure from the demand we’ve seen I’ve the past 10+ years.

Geesh  no wonder you un licensed wild men get such a bad rap.. you simply don't follow any rules but your own.. really sad .

If you have to rehab both of them, no cash flow for 3 years.I am going to take a wild guess and assume that this 11 unit is in the Westwood, Price Hill or Avondale neighborhood.  

I asked him a couple years ago what he did with all the money and jokingly he replied “Mostly I spent it on fast cars, hard liquor, and wild women, the rest I just threw away.”
