It's so much money on a huge gamble. 

They are a fraudulent company to deal with.

It seems to me that the landgeek guys are upselling more and more, which will make them indistinguishable from fraudulent sellers of flipping strategies.

The fraud does not have to be successful to commit fraud.Entering a contract knowing that you do not have the intent or ability to perform is deceiving the other party, a fraudulent act, unless the contract to purchase specifies that the buyer is not required to actually buy, if it does fully inform the seller, then, most likely as a wholesaler, you're in a brokering position. 

In my mind $8k is more money than I'm willing to gamble with and the course felt like too much of a gamble (let's put it this way..

If a broker is trying to get a commercial client to sell for under market value so they can make double commission, that sure sounds fraudulent to me.

We immediately felt that this company was attempting to deceive us and the presentation was fraudulent.

It is a gamble!

If you however are taking a big chunk of your money down in hopes you hit it big that is gambling and I saw many lose their shirts before.A lot of these projects being talked about no all come to completion.
