Unless you are in a destination area, I don't see it working out to your benefit unless you ignore the increased amount of work on your part.

Jax is not a tourist destination.

I would really hate to see BP earn a reputation similar to Craig's List: a destination for sickos and scam artists!

Nothing fancy but I figure they'd offer the best ROI since this sort of destination is about everything except the room.  

Its a relatively busy vacation destination from May-September and in December due to the local amusement park that can bring in Close to 26,000 people daily during the middle of the summer.
