Hello All, My husband and I are the new kids on the block.

I feel like I might not working with concrete data because it does not establish whether blocked off days are booked days or days that the owner has saved for themselves.

But the main stumbling block my partner and I are facing is can we really generate decent cash flow by acquiring these 5 - 8 unit buildings.

One might jump on an opportunity to buy a vacation condo on the same block as the arena or the big stadium and unbeknownst to him/her when the hometown boys win the big game the obligatory riot must follow.

That's a good example of using all of these absolute terms like everything is the same everywhere and the same examples that you might see in the news or on your own block is what happened(s) everywhere.  

This property is out of my normal farm because it came from a referral (friend of a friend sort of thing).In doing my research, I found a couple properties within a block that are owned my LLC's.  

Rognel Heights is nothing like Sandtown/Winchester, it's actually a pretty nice neighborhood, although there are good and less-good blocks (typical in Baltimore).

I know a guy on the block, he knows the house, he said its in good shape inside.
