After messing around with placement due to power availability I’ll probably now stick with Blink for my rental turnovers since they’re super easy to setup, I don’t have to worry about power, and since I fully automate the showings and need a way to keep an eye on the place when folks walk in.

Here is our current plan:Purchase at minimum a furnished 4br townhouse with splash pool in a gated resort with amenities - purchase price around $330-$390kWe would put about 10-15k into setting it up for STR, theming the rooms (my wife is an interior decorator and already has a plan)/automating the property for remote management/adjusting furnishing if needed etc.We plan to self manage remotely with a little help locally. 

(but that means more room to make mistakes)Seems TenantCloud has an android and iphone app now too.Love the idea online rent payment and having an automated method to keep track of whats due, what needs paid and easy record of when rent was received by tenants throughout the year.
