Wednesday and I did nothing, I feel uneasy about both properties.Bank tape will be closed for the Holidays and opens in January, so this propertie is available just like this rented home I guess.

As the chef, you're not responsible for the restaurant license, the liquor license and all the red-tape that comes along with owning the restaurant. 

  :)  So, I am hoping there is someone out there, that only wants to invest without, all the red tape that goes with it.

Before we started supplying W/Ds you should have seen some of the dumb installations I saw done by tenants - supply hoses jerry rigged with duct tape, drain lines not hooked up, dryer vents crushed flat, dryers miswired, etc.

Two were metal, the rest asphalt or shake.

If their goal is to generate revenue by sharing their knowledge and systems, they wouldn't even bother wasting the upfront capital needed to print/publish/ and package all the books, tapes, and videos that come part of the deal, then even more money on infomercials, advertising, and those long/drawn out websites that never seem to get to the point.  

I can see it now, you're playing some Tony Robbins tapes while walking door to door.

There's so much red tape with these loans you want that contractor-lender relationship vetted.
