I would also look at Weinland Park (adjacent to Italian Village) and also at the area east of Italian Village before you hit the interstate (not sure what this area is called).

I am currently in Delaware County PA (Near PHL Airport) and find some great returns. 

Property is in the midtown-adjacent area- on Harvard Avenue a block from Hollywood.

With VW getting into electric cars now there is talk that a new electric car will be built here in the next year or two, and they have an option on 900 acres of land adjacent to their present site for expansion. 

Since it's on toward the airport, it could make a decent Airbnb if you're inclined to put the systems in place for that.

It is a vacant house with someone living on the front porch, so somewhat of a deterrent to my purchasing the adjacent property as an investment.   

I was actually thinking about the potential to airbnb (or similar) my unit while away as well.Any recommendations on neighborhoods around the airport that have qualities I'm seeking?
