If you get wildly successful, you'll likely want to ditch the responsibilities of property management, and including the PM expense in your initial analysis will allow you to pawn off those responsibilities when the time comes.Best of luck!

A literal tiny house might be listed at 399 now, but that’s it.So while sure, there is softening on these bidding wars I think it’s directly related to a huge jump in price point late summer, but the market is still wild for the best best deals.

Then use your own cash to get wild once they are gone.I've also used this type of loan on a SFR conventional where I put 20% and got $60k to renovate my personal home.

The wild-card in a deal like this is the fight you are going to have from the city.
