The best way to do this is to form a solid relationship with a general contractor you can trust who will be doing your reno work upon acquisition and have them walk the property with you when you tour for the first time.

Our team rents their own vehicles and tour the island, we get our own perspective and talk to locals.

I have driven the area and toured a few 3-2s with my realtor.

I love their tour, but unfortunately they aren’t accepting anymore sign ups right now

Tour other new-builds (or builds in the last 5 years) in the area.
