I've been unable to find one online, home depot or lowes which would fit.

ya there is going to be some spectacular flaming crash's coming up with these folks structuring these deals this way.. hard to use Facebook as your deal structuring bible.. so much is just total ignorance and then its propagated.

It's hard to find someone to partner with online.
