Columbus is a rapidly growing with many new and existing companies expanding their business in the market.

Low to middle class neighborhood isn't a great candidate for appreciation unless the surrounding areas are gentrifying rapidly.

I work with a Property Management/Real Estate brokerage company in Grand Rapids.

They can have a meeting and change rules rapidly, including banning rentals.

I predict these still relatively cheap areas to continue to appreciate rapidly. 

I am new to this, and I've absolutely no idea what I'm doing.. so I'm going to get started right away with both feet and I hear some other people try to scale as rapidly as possible. is there anything wrong with this absolutely insane plan?

Can this knowledge be gained rapidly?
