The new Section 199A tax deduction slightly benefits LLCs over S-corporations because the deduction applies to more (with an S-corporation, if you take money out of the business you first have to take a "reasonable compensation" that does not could for the 199A deduction).

it sounded to me like their biggest benefit was that if you tied up properties under their requirements, they had the buyer lined up and you would earn a fee, but if you build a good buyers list, you could do that and not have to give them 7000.
