Little "secret" about my rental income during this pandemic ---I'm only afraid that my tenants who are RN's are going to get sick and die from having to treat the COVID19 patients (one already was serious ill for a week, but recovered).

You also have, theoretically, 4x less cash on hand to cover unforeseen events like pandemics and riots and economic crash. 

What I do see is that the problem tenants are taking advantage of the pandemic.

I also wonder if the pandemic will encourage more people to rent homes so that they can work from home and have more distance from others for social distancing.

If you qualify for and get unemployment during this pandemic this will simply be factored in.
