In the market I'm in, Atlanta, there is no shortage of people needing a place to stay.

There are certainly no shortages of those in Akron.

As you know we shortage of housing and more people are still coming here.

The forces at play are too powerful to be overcome and those are housing shortage, housing shortage, housing shortage.

I realize it is very abnormal for cars to appreciate, but COVID related shortages have fueled used car prices and raised the cost of new cars.

That being said we have a massive shortage of rentals in several areas including Old Town Scottsdale, mid Town Phoenix and North Central Phoenix. 

If you read any housing information about the Phoenix market you will see that there is an expected shortage in our market for several years. 

I look for shortages of rentals and not worried about big employers and gentrification.
