Has anyone had a great experience with a nation wide lender?

Does the $60 give you access to pull lists just in your area or nationwide?

Among Agents, nationwide and even moreso in Houston the reputation of KB Homes is noted.

@Israel Gross We were very satisfied with a great agent based out of NJ who works with property owners nationwide.

We buy and trade in pools of notes created and serviced by banks, lenders, mobile home dealers and community owners nation wide.

@Achi Adamit, a garden variety 1031 exchange by a nationwide intermediary service will usually run between $700 and $1000.  

Just wondering what any local people in the Minneapolis area use or what anybody nationwide would suggest.

I once compared the data from another source, Listsource doesn't have data before 1980 (I didn't do a complete test on nation wide data, at least in my area from another source I was able to get data from 1965 - 1985 and that portion is missing from Listsource).Also, I am not sure how Listsource calculate the equity, I believe they use the AVM and loan amount, however, I am not sure how often the update the loan amount and re-caculate the equity.
