I encourage anyone looking into REI for more modern cash flow alternatives that take advantage of all the new APP tech maybe follow these two dudes.

I don’t know the laws there, but for sure the only fault will be your own, who in this modern world pays for large upfront?

It's a cool style but needs modernizing.

Sure, some modern building methods are far superior to what was used in the past, but lots of building methods used today aren't nearly as robust as in prior generations (ask an experienced GC). ....Additionally, a new house is still in its "growing pains" phase, and a lot of serious problems can emerge in the first few years of ownership--e.g.; foundation/structural settling, improper water diversion systems creating rot, etc.

I wouldn’t be adding square footage, more updating the house from the 2010’s look the new modern look.

I would like get something more modern for staging purposes.

Everything about the property is quite modern and competitive with other properties in our area, if not better.
