@Jared Kovall-Scarlett  you can load up on all the RE training cousre manuals buy buying them on E bay.. when you can afford it of cousre.. many have good concepts many don't work but you can glean a few nuggets from each of the paid for trainers in America...

If you are the Vendor and the Purchaser has satisfied (removed) the financing contingency of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, then s/he should have provided you with a letter of finance from her/his lender or bank declaring that the funds necessary to purchase your house are available.Satisfying/removing a contingency does not imply that the Closing date changes.

Note after @michael Swan achieves his “optimal cash flow” meaning he has completed his repositioning play his cash flow is what it is implying that Ohio appreciation historically has been modest (wording it nicely).
