Or they can just give you the amount you may need for a down payment, repairs, etc and then hold the title until all obligations have been made.

Great place to live and would certainly recommend, but the inventory here is tough as most investors are holding.

The short term market fluctuates, but long term, holding real estate is very, very rarely a bad play.As a renovator myself, I always try to hold instead of sell, that is why I prefer the term renovator, not flipper.
