I enjoy snowboarding and do a lot of juggling.I also started hosting a circus camp for young adults a few years back and still running in California. 

Alternatively just have the investor cloud title using the standard process and pay them for use of their money.

You can host the pictures on your own website or on a free site like photobucket.

ACH is much cheaper then using Paypal or a Credit Card like in Tenant cloud.  

There have been too many times when the title company has insured around clouds and liens so many times just to get the deal close.

Sorry, I don't think the storm clouds have changed to blue sky yet.

this is an opportunity to open up dialouge btwn a host of resources that I may not even know about UNLESS they come together and collaborate (due to my inexperience)..

I may fall short of my goal, but it was set in the clouds so I am happy with my results.
