Don’t just think your going to find a rock star core four.

The combination of 1031 and 121 (primary residence) will always be there if the Lone Star disappoints. 

I'm not saying no one ever gets set up - I suspect there's a decent number of movie stars, sports athletes, and other "famous" people that end up with settlements over BS - but unless you're using a pseudonym here, there's a good chance you're nobody just like the rest of us and no one knows you have anything nor wants your stuff, so you can probably relax. 

You guys are rock stars..............keep up the good work!

I care deeply about 5-Star Reviews and I don't think you will get the same kind of service with Evolve or a bigger company.2.

She invests herself, has 5 star reviews on Zillow, and sold over 6 million in real estate this year.

They had 18 reviews just in the month of June alone, all 5 star ratings and majority of the reviews mentioned how clean it was.
