Some good questions to ask while touring; Who lives here?

I am going to be meeting him on Sunday and getting a tour of the property and units.

As for where to look for your next purchase, you'll find very few viable options in Carolina Forest due to rental restrictions imposed by all the HOAs, with the exceptions being the golf course communities of River Oaks and World Tour.
