The seller of the dirt would have to pratically give it away for deals to make sense here.For example, it will cost at least $125 per square to build a 1500 sq. foot home ($187,500) which would sell for around $325,000 in several cities of the Valley (excluding Encino, Woodland Hills, etc where the prices are higher).
