In every community there is the retired couple or widow type wh is getting, now, 2 or 3 %, if you can find them (which can't be that hard) you need to appoach them and pay them three times what they are getting!

Unfortunately the percentage of life savings that you have in the game only matters to God with the Widow's mite.The unfortunate fact is that if the person has 1,000 and he puts in that $1,000 as 100% of his net worth he can still make back that $1,000 easily with a second job, a sold car, or even doing any number of things that can easily net you $1,000.

That includes marketing it in the MLS (or internet, or yard sign) for sale. 2nd: The contingincies (option contract or short payoff approval, or widow treatments) are all part of your listing agreement, and will need to be disclosed as the MLS and BOR requires.3rd: FAR (Florida Association of Realtors for who want to know) now is expecting agents to accept and submit 1 contract at a time.

We live in an area where there are black widows and other undesirable spiders, so we have a pest service come every single time someone moves out; however, if a unit is empty for a time, black widows move back in and must be exterminated before a tenant moves in, so we do an inspection of every unit before someone moves in to make sure it's ready to go.

As far as not being professional is concerned I have a landscaping business in my little town and had a client who became widower this year.
